• LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) - $32.84 - $41.35/hour
• RN (Registered Nurse) - $41.42 - $55.91/hour
• Registered Care Aide - $29.83/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate care to residents or patients, addressing their physical, emotional, and social needs.
• Work with the healthcare team to create and implement personalized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, document accurately, and communicate changes effectively.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid certification or licensure in your field
  • active registration with BCCNM as an LPN
  • active registration with BCCNM as an RN
  • active registration with BC Care Aide Registry. 
• Compassionate, patient-focused attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of care.
• Effective communication skills in English
