Available Position
- Full-time: Tuesday to Saturday
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week
- Start Date: Immediately

Responsibilities – YOUR Role
As the Care Supervisor, you will work closely with the Director of Care to support the planning, coordination, and evaluation of resident care while providing leadership and guidance to the care team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing leadership, direction, development, and supervision to care and nursing staff
- Monitoring care practices to ensure compliance with professional standards, regulations, policies, and procedures
- Supporting staff through hands-on clinical guidance, education, coaching, and corrective measures where required
- Supporting resident care and providing direct care when required during contingency situations
- Working with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team to support care planning
- Ensuring infection prevention and control practices are followed and providing staff education as required
- Adjusting staff schedules and assignments in response to changing resident care needs
- Supporting day-to-day residential care operations and making recommendations regarding staffing needs
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives, care conferences, committees, audits, and staff education
- Supporting the resolution of staff concerns and workplace conflicts

Must Have Qualifications – Are YOU the Right Fit?
We are looking for a confident and compassionate LPN leader who can support both residents and the care team in a fast-paced long-term care environment.
- Graduate of a recognized Practical Nursing program
- Active LPN registration with BCCNM
- Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to provide coaching, direction, and support to care staff
- Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, staff, and the interdisciplinary team
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
- Ability to successfully complete required criminal record and health clearances
